Paid history tier. Organization key and telemetry:read required. One-epoch publication delay, shared immutable versions and 30-day retention. Filters do not recompute ranks or shares. Cursor filters and pinned snapshot/version must remain unchanged between pages. No private storage or participant timing claims are disclosed.
